Working in construction for over 25 years, he learned the value of hard work, management, and customer relations very young in his career. He has a very strong work ethic, with strengths in: safety, professionalism, performance, timeliness, mental clarity under pressure, detailed oriented, and going above and beyond what is required to maintain established relations with customers. Proven track record of successful completions and a reputation for dedication, problem solving and outstanding service.
Experiences include: Project management, operations, estimating, office management, operation of heavy machinery, environmental and safety inspection, field engineering, directional drilling, and environmental stabilization.
SHAUN McNabb - Owner
Growing up around the construction industry, he began his career hands on at an early age. Over 20 years later he is an experienced bid and contract estimator, field supervisor, manager of site inspection and quality control. He is self-disciplined and a resourceful problem solver with a keen eye for safety and detail.Shaun’s expertise includes: complete handling of complex projects from bid to completion, office management, human resources and operations of heavy machinery.
Josh McNabb - Project Manager
A business-oriented entrepreneur since 16. Successfully running a computer repair company, as well as a lawn care business until his early 20’s when he found a passion for construction.Josh is a dedicated, self-reliant innovator, with highly diplomatic negotiation and communication skills. A self-managing, out of the box thinker, with a proven track record of quick problem solving, and adaptation to a continuously changing environment.
